Tonight's entre is: Baby Stroganoff Tender baby, cut into strips, is the main ingredient in this dish, originally from Russia. This dish takes it's name from a Russian count. If desired, add a tablespoon of formula to the stew just before serving. |

Preparation: 1. Cut baby into thin strips. Peel and chop large organs. Clean and slice baby fat. 2. Heat butter in a skillet. Brown baby meat quickly. Reduce heat. Add onion and mushrooms. Saute for a few minutes.

3. Season with salt,
pepper, and paprika. Add tomato paste or puree and
mustard. Stir in whipping cream. 4. Cook, covered, on low heat for about ten minutes. 5. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Heat, but do not cook over high heat. The sour cream may curdle when mixed with baby formula. Serve. |
